Cryogenic Valves

Crack-Proof Cryogenic Valves

High-grade materials are incorporated into our cryogenic valves that can withstand extremely low temperatures of -196°C. The design and material of our cryogenic valves give them a significantly longer service life of managing cold mediums such as liquefied natural gases.

DomBor Valve is one of the leading cryogenic valves manufacturers that can accomplish bulk orders within the expected deadline. With our 10,000m² of work area and five production lines equipped with the latest CNC machining tool and other manufacturing equipment, we can complete your orders on time.

The Lowest-Cost Strategy Is To Choose Reliable DomBor Valves.

DomBor Valve, with its experienced specialists, specializes in manufacturing industrial valves and provides technical support and one-stop solutions for the global market.

The gas and oil industry, in general, accept a cryogenic temperature of -150 C or below. Some gasses are cryogenic because they don’t compress just by increasing pressure.

Thus cryogenic valves are the ones that can be used in low temperatures. Generally, any valve is considered a cryogenic valve when they work at -40 C or even lower. Cryogenic valves are generally used in natural gas industries, oil industries, air separation, etc.

The demand for cryogenic valves is increasing day by day in several industries. We at Dombor are one of the top cryogenic valve manufacturers committed to providing quality products.

Here are some of the features of cryogenic valves:

The structure of cryogenic valve is as follows:

How are they made to work at low temperatures?

The extended stem is used if the temperature is below -50 C. The length of the stem depends on the particular temperature. The primary function of cryogenic valves is to transmit low-temperature material such as liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen, ethylene, liquid natural gas, liquid petroleum, etc.

The material used to make cryogenic valves is extremely important; if the suitable material is not used, it will cause leaking, which could be dangerous, especially if liquid natural gas leaks.

The extended stem of the valve tries to reduce the heat entering the valve from outside. It also ensures that the temperature of the packing gland is above 0 C so that the packing isn’t affected.

Why do you need a cryogenic valve?

Cryogenic valves are widely used in several industries, including the air separation industry, natural gas and oil. They transmit low-temperature materials such as liquid hydrogen, liquid oxygen, ethylene, liquid natural gas, liquid petroleum, etc. The main reason it is used is that it can work at very low temperatures, which are required in some industries.
