The metal seated structure of our valves creates a bubble tight shutoff that keeps leaks out, resulting in lower friction and better flow control. Fully metallic forged seal rings and overlaid stellite alloys over the sealing surface prevent wear and erosion. Because of our secure design, our metal seated valves work well in poor working conditions.
As metal-seated butterfly valves are used for isolating the fluid passage, we can provide customized actuators from our factory to allow for incremental flows. Seal rings and other components can be renewed and replaced for free through our 2-year warranty.
